Lawyers seeking to advertise on TAD must submit an advertising request to advertise @ tad1897 . org and provide:

• agency name
• authorized contact
• description of services
• languages provided
• service areas
• proof of credentials/insurance (if applicable)
• final artwork or ad copy.

Submission constitutes the advertiser’s representation that all statements are truthful and not misleading. All advertisements are subject to TAD’s Advertising Guidelines and applicable law; TAD reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any advertisement at its sole discretion. Inclusion of an advertisement does not imply endorsement by TAD. Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold TAD harmless from any claims arising from their advertisement.
